PPT2010 enlarges font sizes automatically, causing text overlap

Hi, we have a PPT2016 presentation that also works fine in PPT2010 (we checked that). However, on some pcs with PPT2010 some of the text boxes show the font sizes bigger, which causes text overlapping on the slides.
We used a standard Arial font.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
