Question PP 2013 - Disable Narration Audio Fade

Hello,

I have a powerpoint presentation that I've spent a good few hours recording narration for.

I noticed that each time I start the audio recording, Powerpoint adds a 1~ second fade before it starts recording my voice at full volume. I've ensured the narration audio fade options are set to 0, I've also played with the different options for start on click or with slide or at 0.00. But either way I can't seem to have my voice come through from the beginning at full volume.

Is there a setting or configuration box I am missing somewhere? When watching the entire animation it is really distracting to hear my voice fade in and fade out all the time.

Thanks.
