resizing Excel window for embedded charts
Hi all --
I suspect there isn't a fix for this, but it's been a huge thorn in my side for years now. I am currently on a Mac but seem to recall the same issue on PC. When I "Edit Data" in a PPT chart, the Excel window that opens always full-screens, obscuring other Excel sheets I already have open. Resizing it becomes a big pain because I am constantly dumping data from other Excel files into pre-existing PPT chart templates. Is there any way to change the defaults so it opens smaller? TIA. -Marisa |

Don't think ypou can change the default. If you open Edit Data resize and reposition and then MINIMISE (not close) it should open in the same position next time if PowerPoint is NOT maximised. Not great as a workaround I know.
