Default Reflowing text in shapes using ATT Webmeeting

When uploading a PPT file in ATT Webmeeting I encounter reflow problems with text used in some specific shapes. I use the Rounded Same Corner Rectangle shape as a callout box. The shape is rotated 90 degrees and the "top" (now the side protruding from the slide edge) is rounded and text is adjusted accordingly.

When the PPT file is uploaded to ATT Webmeeting, in some instances, not all, the text margin jumps several inches to the right pushing the text out of the shape and making it unreadable (white text on white background, or off the slide).

This does not happen in every instance and I would prefer to leave this text in the shape and not put the text in a separate text box over the shape as many of these shapes are animated.

Please let me know if you have encountered this problem with Webmeeting and if you have any solution or suggestion.

Thank you.
