Firee is on a distinguished road
Default Powerpoint : Display time elapsed on each slide

Objective : We have a big presentation, for which we should know how much time we are spending on each slide. There is no time limit, hence auto advance or countdown timers are of no help. Simply, a clock would be there on each slide to indicate how much time has been passed on discussing the slide. Something like 1:00 min. Also each timer on each slide would start from zero.

Problem: I have already created a bunch of shapes in the slide master, each indicating minutes, starting from 0:00 min to 15:00 min. Each shape is set to a delay of 60s. This works fine when we start a slide, but the problem arises when you want to advance to the next slide while the animation is still in progress. What powerpoint does is complete the animation without advancing to the next slide. Hence it takes two clicks to advance to the next slide.

Solution: If anybody can suggest some tweaks whereby my current slide can overcome the issue it is welcome. Else I am open to other suggestions.
