Default Powerpoint broadcast options

Hello everyone,

I am hoping to get some insight or direction for an issue. I have a user that is attempting to Slide Show a Powerpoint presentation over a GoTo Meeting session. The slides of the powerpoint display just fine, but the embedded video does not display for any of the viewers nor does the audio play for them.

After searching the Goto Meeting FAQ and support forums apparently this is a known issue and while they acknowledge the issue they do not have a solution in place to remedy it.

What I am wondering is if anyone has had a similar experience and if they had found a solution. I have attempted to also utilize the Powerpoint Broadcasting through Sharepoint, but again it does not play the video or audio.

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Russ
