Relative path to a video file
Hi,
I inserted a video in a PPT. I always keep the PPT file with the video file in a zip or in a same folder. The problem I have is that each time a place the files in a new location, the link to the video in the PPT doesn't work anymore. Is there a way to make a relative link so it doesn't lose the path? thanks |

If you put the video and PPT in the same folder BEFORE you insert it then the link should not be broken when you move to another PC. Is that what you did?

Yes, I did put the video and the PPT file in the same folder before I inserted the video.
I thought it should be OK, but it isn't. Thanks |

usually that works. Is the path to the folder you used very long? Shouldn't matter but it seems to.
