I am using powerpoint 2007. I have embedded an swf object in the presentation stored on the server. The flash files are also stored in the same folder as the presentation on the server. When i am trying to access the presentation from other machines using 2003 and 2007, i am getting following message:

'Some controls on this presentation can't be activated...'

Also, i am trying to embed the swf obect from my colleague's machine. When i activate the developer menu none of the option on the menu is active except the 'Macro Security'. Even after setting the macro security to low and reopening the presentation, the options are not active.

I am also getting following error;

'The server application, source file, or item cannot be found.....'
