Picture size for Powerpoint
I have a couple of questions regarding pictures used as back ground.
Dimensions of slides: 19.05 cm height 25.4 wide My screen resolution: 1280 x 1024 pixels 1) I know that height to width proportion of my slide is not the same as the height to width proportion of my screen. Is that a problem. Should I set the proportion of my slides to the same proportion as me screen resolution? So that would be 19.05 x 23.81. 2) What happens when the presentation is viewed on a screen with a higher resolution if my pictures are only 1280 x 1024 and what do I do about it? 3) What happens when the presentation is viewed on a screen with a different proportion - wide screen for example and what do I do about it? Many thanks for any answer. Roligan |

Are you sure 1280 x 1024 is the recommended resolution of your screen?? If it's a 4x3 screen 1280 x 960 would be more likely.

Thanks for responding
I have the following options in settings
1280 x 1024 1280 x 768 1152 x 864 1024 x 768 and 800 x 600. 1280 x 1024 looks normal but I understand your concern as my screen is 4x3 Roligan |
