Default Quick Step and Rules combo

Hi. I'm trying to accomplish the following:

I receive over 100 emails a day (as we most do unfort.) and I'd like to have the email saved to the sender's folder after I've read it and "completed" it. Previously, I had set up this rule from different senders but I was never seeing the emails in my inbox. they were going straight to the "sender's" folder. I'd like it to go to my inbox and upon completion, then go to their folder. Is this possible?

I thought the quick step would allow it but it only allows ALL email to go to a certain folder upon clicking its button.

In summary, I want to store 90% of my emails. the best way i can think to store them is "by sender" although I need it to come through my inbox before going to their folder.

Thanks for your help

Any help would be appreciated.
