Question C, V, and H keys not working in new message

For some reason these three keys, unless shifted, stop working on occasion and the only way to fix it is to reboot. They work fine everywhere else except in the new message dialog box. I have tried hitting the ALT, CTRL, SHIFT, and Windows keys several times to see it they are stuck, but no luck.

Actually, hitting the "C" key brings up a dialog box that states:

"Outlook is unable to proceed with the reconversion..."

So it looks like an ALT key or some combo is stuck, but ONLY in that one area. I end up going into notepad, finishing the message and pasting it in.

Anybody see this before?

-Jim
