Outlook 2003 Back To Outlook 2002 (PST File)

How can I open my Outlook 2003 PST file back in Outlook 2002? I have a data file I have saved in Outlook 2003. I would like to open the data file in Oulook 2002. Is there any convertion utility out there I can use?
