Selecting Names in New Mail Message
I have Outlook 2003. I open a new message. Click on TO: and the complete list of Contacts comes up. I have them separated in my Contacts folder in Categories. I'd like to see only one category when I click on TO: (like FAVORITES) In that SELECT NAMES window it shows CONTACTS and OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK in the drop down. I use only CONTACTS. I have no idea what the OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK IS.
How can I see only the category I want when clicking on TO: after opening a new message. Thanks so much! |

jackdashack,
Unfortunately, this is not a feature of Outlook 2003. Additional information on contacts can be found here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...11.aspx?page=2 Best Regards, |
