I'd like to email my daily agenda to me and my assistant automatically

I'm using outlook 2010. I know there is an easy feature to email calendar, but I was hoping for something that was a bit more automated so that it emailed either at a certain time in the morning or when I opended outlook on the network, either would suffice.
