Default Outlook Unable to send messages but can receive

Hello,
I have a work laptop that I use at home and on the road. I have a VZW usb device and I am able to send using that. I am also able to send when I am connected to my companies wi-fi, but for some reason I can not send when I am home using my wi-fi. I can only receive messages when I use my wi-fi.

Thanks,
Julian

Do you get a bounce back message? Does the email stay in the outbox? What happens when you try to send?
