Default Multiple Folders in Outlook

Currently I have several email accounts. One email account is a generic sales@___.com I would like this email account mailbox setup for two other people to monitor. I have followed the permission and delegate procedures so that these users can view the inbox and those new messages. The problem I am running into is that in order for the new emails to go to the mailbox on other users' accounts, I need to open up the sales account and do a send/receive. Is there a way to do this send/receive so that the sales account's inbox will be updated without the sales account being opened? :?
