Default Problem i'm having with my calender

When I set my calender up I didn't realize it but the timezone my computer was set on was pacific just with the actual time set to an eastern time zone. So when I made my schedule and tried to import this to my phone it wouldnt work since my phone wouldnt allow me to set it to a pacific time zone with an easter actual time without automatically changing it around. So what i'm looking for help on is how can I change all the appointments i've made in outlook to be 3 hours earlier. I changed the time zone on my computer to eastern and now all my appointments and stuff are 3 hours off.
