Is there a way to make original messages uneditable when making replies or forwarding?

This question was posed to me by a supervisor at the company I work for. I wasn't told the reasoning behind the question. But my assumption is that someone decided to take it upon themselves to edit an original message.

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately it's simply not possible, unless you send the content of email as a PDF attachment or something similar. Email is basically text, or text enhanced with formatting and images. As such, once it leaves your Outlook, it's pretty much out of your control.
