WinSock64 is on a distinguished road
Default Issues with synchronization log causing send/receive issues

I have a user that intermittently has issue with send/receive not completing without forcing outlook to close. Whenever I open send/receive I will actually see that there are multiple attempts to check the exact same Exchange server and none of them complete. All of these attempts are getting stuck on saving synchronization log. Force closing Outlook and reopening temporary solves the problem, but this isn't a real solution.

I've already rebuild the OST file for the profile. I've already disabled the Offline Address Book as some sites have suggested as a solution. I've even reinstalled Outlook on the machine.

The machine in question is running XP SP3. This is Outlook 2003 and it is connecting to a mailbox on Exchange 2010 SP1.
