HOW CAN I HAVE MY MESSAGES FORWARDED TO ANOTHER EMAIL UPON RECEIPT?

Use the "Rules Wizard":

Go to "Tools | Rules and Alerts | New Rule... | Start from a blank rule | Next", then set the forward rules.
