Default Adding a reply button

Good morning,

I am trying to add a button for a email recipient to respond yes or no to an email by just clicking on the button. I need it to be a reply as it needs to still have the same header and body but just add "Yes" or "No" in the reply. The email reply needs to go back to the sender.

Please can I ask if this is possible?

Rgds
