Colors in calendar
I am not using Exchange but need to color code my appointments. I once had someone set something up so that if I put certain symbols at the start of the appointment it would automatically change that appointment to a certain color based on the symbol. Unfortunately my computer crashed and I had to reinstall everything and lost that ability. Can someone tell me how to set that up again or another way to color code my appointments without using Exchange? Thanks! |

Outlook has categories. You can use the built-in ones of create your own to categorise and colour your entries.

Thank you gmayor I am aware of that feature but it's not available to me because I'm using IMAP accounts. That's why I need to figure out what this person did for me before. Thanks for the reponse.
