Default Images in Email from Outlook not Displaying in AOL

Hi there,

I'm creating some outlook email templates for people to send out without having to build the email from scratch. The emails will be going from Outlook to all conceivable email clients.

I've been doing some stress testing on the templates and noticed some issues when the template is used to send an email to an AOL recipient. When viewed in the AOL mobile app, AOL won't display the images (it's fine viewed on a computer). Instead, there is what looks like a Microsoft generated file name (not the file name where I could rename it). I've tried decreasing the file size.

The question is two-fold:
1) How can I get these images to appear when sent to an AOL (mobile) recipient?
2) If I can't get the images to appear, how do I edit the file name that appears in their place?

Thanks so much for your help! I'll appreciate any advice you can give!
