Imap
I'm currently using Outlook 2007 with POP3 to Gmail and wish to switch to using IMAP to a non Gmail IMAP server.
I have many, many local Outlook folders. When selecting IMAP, will all my local folders be replicated (synced) to the IMAP server? If so, is there a way to prevent that? Thanks. |

The Outlook folders relating to your POP gmail account are stored in that account on your PC. The IMAP account will be separate from that and have its own folder structure on the server.
