Office Problems
Hi folks, I'm having the issue with Outlook shutting doen immediately after opening up.
My problem is on a laptop PC running W10x64 Home which previously has Office 2010 installed. I recently subscribed to Office 2016 Home and installed on my desktop PC with no problems - all working fine. The outlook.pst file is located in my MScloud folder so that it can be shared with my other computers (including the laptop). Can this problem be caused by me installing 2016/365 on the laptop before uninstalling 2010? I'm not sure if I did this but it's a possibility. I've tried both the quick and online repairs and it's still the same Any suggestions how to proceed? Regards Steve |

Okay, so this is solved - the hard drive was failing which also explained the reason it was taking 20 minutes for W10 to load properly
Fitted a new hard drive with a clean W10 and Office 365 install and all okay again |
