Default Outlook connect on IMPA on Exchange

Hello,

I have an Exchange installation with a mailbox that I share with multiple users.
I configure different mail clients (Outlook 365) in IMAP. The configuration is the same on all PCs (Windows 10).

When I open Outlook it updates the folders of the mailbox. It displays all the folders, however, no mails are imported.
Only one pc does not work, for all others ok.
Outlook tells me that it is well connected and synchronization of folders in subscriptions are synonymous, without errors.
No indications in the event viewer.

I reinstall the PC, updated, test for viruses, disable firewall and antivirus, .... And nothing to do.

What can I still do to test or update the mails?
Have you ever had this kind of "problem" and what have you done?

Thanks in advance.
