Can anyone tell me if they know a way of taking away the attachment details in an email header (when it has been printed off).

Have you tried actually removing the Attachment from the email then printing? You can do this by right clicking on the attachment and choosing "Remove attachment" Then print the email. When you're done printing, don't save the email changes and your attachment will still be there. You can always print the attachment separately if needed as well.

Actually I am looking into this from a different angle.

I am investigating a matter. regarding a set of emails (where outlook was used). Emails were printed off as pdfs and sent to me.

Some emails state (in the body of the email) that a document had been attached to the email, but there is no sign of a attachment line, under the subject line.

I need to know, is it ever possible for an email to be sent using outlook with an attachment, but the attachment line, under the subject line is missing?

There are instances where the file size may be too large (and it's transferred through a cloud like server, an example would be "Transfer Panel) in which case the attachment information is in the bottom of the text/body of the email and you have click on it in order to receive your attachment.

Does anyone else have any thoughts re the above? Many thanks
