Outlook "Feedback" Deleted without explanation
Yes, I know this isn't quite the right fit, but I don't know where else to go.
Outlook has the menu option to post feedback and make suggestions. I used this to suggest the ability to simply have another "Rules" option to display messages from specific sources (as determined by the rule and not just the "everyone in my contacts" option) display in HTML, over-riding my universal rule to display as plain text. The suggestion was deleted without any explanation. And so I posted a follow-up suggestion that they actually supply a reason to the poster if they are going to kill a valid suggestion. Deleted. Any ideas why MS would be so obnoxious? Was the primary suggestion offensive in some manner? |
