Hi all,

in "Outlook Express" I create a message in HTML-Format with the text "Hello world" and save it as file.eml
I can double click on the file and read it with Outlook 2013.
This is ok.

Now I create the same message but in TEXT-Format and save it as file.eml
I can open it with Outlook 2013 but the text "Hello World" appears as follow:
畑獥慴甠慮瀠潲慶਍



Any help to solve this problem is appreciated.
