Default Rule to play sound when email assigned specific category

I am trying to create a rule to play a specific sound and display new item alert window and desktop alert when an email is assigned a specific category. I have wrote a rule already, but it is not working for some reason. Anyone know if i did something wrong or a better way to write it?

It is a group email box and we have different categories setup and just want something that will pop up and play a sound on my computer when someone moves something to my category.

Rule:
Apply this rule after message arrives
Assigned to James category
Play ding.wav
and display YOU HAVE NEW EMAIL in the new item alert window
and display a desktop alert

except is from test@test.com
