Default HELP! Getting back to Default "Arrangement"

My Outlook Inbox has gotten set to some sort of "group" arrangement and I have no idea how or why. I need to get it back to the Default Setting (Today, Yesterday, etc).

I went to help, but under View/Arrangement/ it's telling me to click "More", but I don't see it.

Much thanks in advance
Janice
