Default how to add column on ms outlook view recipient arrived email

hi

in my recipient email arrived i want add a text column, to insert a short text for each email... , i tested insert text column from wizard but isn't possible writing something or enter in this (with a doubleclick or rightclick)

please help me, any suggestion? please
