Default Multiple Calendars in Outlook

I recently migrated to a new PC which included the purchase of Office 2016 PRO. A significant part of the migration was to export and then import OUTLOOK email, calendars, contacts etc. using PST files

I am incredibly confused with the results and not sure how best to resolve. Simply I seem to have multiple copies of so much. I noticed 'the problem' when viewing the calendar(s).

I appear to have 3 calendars (and email folders) which appear under headings:-

Outlook Data File
This Computer Only
peter@........... (my domain name)

Not sure how I managed to achieve this or how to best tidy up.
All my email appears to be located under my domain with other mail entries empty. I don't seem to be able to delete the empty folders - i.e. Outlook Data files or This computer only.

Any thoughts / solutions welcome
