Default Hiding recipient's email addresses

If I am sending an email to multiple recipients, how do I hide their email address from the CC field?

Put the addresses in the Bcc field, not the CC field. If you don't see the BCC field,
  1. Open a new e-mail message, and then click Options.
  2. On the Fields area, click Show Bcc.
