Post Unknown Ribbon: Please help identify!

I have having trouble identifying and customizing a certain ribbon in Outlook 2013.

The ribbon appears below the search bar and has two categories: All and Unread.

What is the name of this ribbon (if it is a ribbon) and how do I customize the settings to add other categories such as "Mentioned" or "Read"?

Copy and Paste the link below to see an image of the ribbon/section which I am referring to:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Default Finally solved

Finally have an answer for the search bar changing. Apparently it is due to an update. Microsoft says they are going to change it back, but no time frame for when this will happen.
