Default Not all mail being delivered to Outlook

I'm using Office 2013 with Outlook. The problem that I'm having is that not all mail is being delivered, and no, the mail is not in my "Junk E-Mail" folder. I've had to resort to using Mozilla Thunderbird for my mail and I honestly hate it.
I have no idea as to why this is happening. It was working fine and then for some reason this stuff started to happen. I don't know if there is a setting or something that is messed up or what.
I use Outlook cause all my stuff is sync'd to Outlook for the calendar.

If anyone has any ideas I sure would appreciate it.
Running Windows 10.
