Default Outlook 2007 addin problem with Visual Studio 2010 RC ?

Outlook 2007 and Visual Studio 2010 RC on same machine initiates new installation everytime I start the outlook2007, why?
I am developing on a windows 2003 server machine with Visual Studio 2010 RC.
On the same machine I have outlook2007. Both of them with full servicepacks and every patch tehre is. Everytime I start the outlook 2007 the visual studio dialog box comes on and trys to install something. If I let the installation go to the end it just continues on and on for ever and I don't know what is trying to be installed. What can I do to find out what component (or add in) of outlook2007 the Visual Studio 2010 RC is trying to update? WHat can be done to switch this off?
