I have recently downloaded office 365 with the office 2016 included and outlook 2016 is a freaking nightmare. It took me 10 days working with Microsoft and Earthlink (My Server), to convince the software to download my emails and allow me to send them. Now I have been trying for over a month to get my contacts which are here today, gone tomorrow and i do not understand what is happening. Over the weekend I worked in the office and my contacts were there, today they are not and I have no idea why they are not there.



Anyone have suggestions?
