Why won't my new Outlook 2016 on new computer not recognize my Juno.com account

Default Why won't my new Outlook 2016 on new computer not recognize my Juno.com account

I am frustrated because after 8 hours my newly installed Outlook in a brand new laptop Windows 10 will not recognize my long established account with Juno mail, and open up. can someone help please
