Default Outlook 2010 Duplicate Emails

Hello,

So here is the problem:

A couple users at my company are having a weird issue with the interface after deleting emails in Outlook2010. They will be deleting multiple emails consecutively in their inbox when all of a sudden, the remaining visible emails are an identical copy of a different email. If they click on one of the emails it will turn back into the email it was before. I might have explained it in a confusing way so ask me any questions you might have. I'm in the process of getting a screenshot but waiting on the user, so one might be coming.

I've tried re-installing Office, re-building Outlook profile, reset the view in Outlook, deleted the users local profile, and re-imaged their computer. We're using Windows 7, and Exchange 2010 on 2008 R2.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
In order to remove Duplicates from Outlook 2010 permanently you can either choose to validate the Duplicate Items or you can make use of Outlook's Inbuilt Clean Up Tool. Both the steps may require Step by step guidance for proper functioning.
Hopefully, this will help you resolve the issue.

Thanks & Regards,
Anjlua

It's not so much an actual duplicate email as it is a visual copy of an email. The emails are all different but after deleting a few in the inbox, the bottom row of emails change (person who sent it, subject, and time) on the interface. If I select the email it will show an entirely different email. Its almost like a glitch/bug or something. I attached an example. Those are all different emails.

Hello,
You have tried rebuilding your Outlook Profile but after having a look at your problem. I think there might be issues with your PST File. Try to repair PST File using Outlook's Inbuilt Inbox Repair Tool. There may be possibilities that your PST file is corrupted.

Let me know if you need further, assistance.

Thanks & Regards,
Anjlua
