Outlook 2010 Signatures
Hi All,
I have an issue with Outlook 2010 Signatures. I have attached two attachments to this forum. The first is called Good Signature. When you click on new email within the Outlook client the new signature appears as per setup. As you can see the indent between the phones numbers and website are all aligned perfect. Now when I send an email either internally or externally the indent on the signature changes. As you can see from the bad attachment the + sign on the fax number has indented. I have this issue on all email signatures, but the indent can happen on any of the numbers in the signature or website. Has anybody seen this before and recommend any solution or third party solution. As stated I'm Using Outlook 2010 and Exchange Server 2010. Thanks Garreth |

How about a borderless two column table to format your signature block?
