Clearing ALL information from Outlook 2010
It has been a few years since I have used Outlook 2010 w/ WIN 7, it is still on my computer. And with the problems I am having with my other email program, I have decided to go back to Outlook. There are still OLD accounts, emails and address's in the program. Is there a way to clear all and put the new I have backed up in to Outlook 2010 with out doubling some of the information and such?

Creating a new mail profile will give you a new clean Outlook without data etc. (or you could simply delete unwanted information from the existing profile if it is otherwise working)'
Then whether you can import your backed up data, rather depends on what it is backed up from and in what format. With a new profile, you can always open the old PST file to copy any required information from it, but this won't work for your 'other' unidentified e-mail program, if it is not another version of Outlook.
