Default Remove contacts from Addressing using Group policy

Hi, i need to prevent all users from having the option to type a recipients name in the send field within outlook to auto resolve a name in suggested contacts list i.e. external email addresses. The only way that I've been able to achieve this without losing the option to Ctrl+K auto complete eternal address, is to remove the contacts list from addressing (address book - Tools and options).

This is does what i need but it need to be replicated to over 1000 users.

Would be grateful for any suggestions. Running Office 2010/2013 with server 2008R2

Thanks
