Post SelfCert.exe is not working for Outlook Macro

Hi Experts
I am cross posting my query here, which I post on the below thread - http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/show...xe-not-working
I successfully created a digital certificate. It is even showing in my development section of the code. I create one before and it was working fine, but I recently updated the code and read it somewhere to change the certificate in such cases. I removed the old certificate and link my code with the new once. Please find the development code with the digital certificate attached with it. Kindly let me know what I am doing wrong and how can I make the certificate work.
Regards,

JD
