Default comcast problem with outlook 2003

Ok so my wife uses comcast email. ive been having a ton of problem getting it to set up properly.. ive checked the net for set up procedures but i keep having the same problem.



Im using webroot for a virus program and have it set up according to there rules too..

any thought or have you had the same problem... thanks.
