Default archive email storage

Can someone direct me to the best way to back up and store my client email files. These are extremely important and I only have them in my outlook folders. There are 10's of thousands of emails and I don't know what outlook's capacity for storage is but I need to back these up.

Is there a way to back them up in outlook to an outside location or a plugin or add on program that works well for this?
Thank You

Thanks Albert. But it seems like every time I've archived folders in outlook they disappear.
I try to open them in the outlook folder and am never able.
