How to stop name substitution for email addresses
When I type an address in the address bar, sometimes Outlook will hide the address and show a human name. This is creating problems for me. I prefer the exact information of the address used to be displayed, especially when I am creating printed records of the email. Is there a way to disable the feature where Outlook substitutes a name for the address, or to make it show both?

When you go into the Contact card for one of the contacts this is happening to, what is selected for the Display As field? If it just has the persons full name, highlight the name and delete then press TAB and Outlook should auto fill the field with name and then their email address in brackets. This will then show both when the Check Names feature is used.
