Outlook 2010
Has anyone come across a problem whereby after exporting contacts to a csv file, most cells have a hidden a hidden question mark (?) therefore I am unable to run a dedupe because excel is unable to find matching records because of this.
Any ideas would be great? Thank you |

Is there any options to select when you export your contacts to csv? this seems a character encoding problem, try to save the file as "UTF8"
