i have a hotmail email account and recently started getting notices from outlook, asking for my password. i gave it to them, they said it was wrong and locked me out of my account. i've tried multiple times to reset the password, they send me a code that says should access the account but the codes don't work. no one at MS phone support knows what to do. i've looked at multiple forums and found people who had similar problems, but i haven't seen anyone who's been able to fix it. i now haven't seen my email in two weeks and am beyond frustrated. i've used the form they provide online and given them information that only i could know and they still can't help. now they say i've tried too many times to reset the password and my account is locked and to call for help - but they're the reason it's locked! no one can help me and i've tried everything. any advice is appreciated.
