Hello everyone. I use MS outlook 2000 and when I have sent the email, it will not forward to the "send Items" but it will forward to "Inbox". Then I fix it by clicking the "option" -> "Tracking Options" and tick all the box and also choose "Always send a response". It seems working at the beginning as the latest emails can forward to the "send Item". However the old emails still cannot forward to the "send Item" and still stay in the "Inbox". How can I fix it so that all the sent email can forward to the "send Items" but not the "Inbox". Thank you all of you.
